Look, flamingos!
I've had a strange day today. I decided to go to the Zoo after having a morning of gardening that left me... with a lot of energy. I don't know, yesterday I was dizzy, almost fainting and scared. It seems like things around here must be on a constant up and down.
Okay, I found out that in the 26th Zoo, located at Nuevo Vedado neighbourhood here in Havana, it is forbidden to enter with a bicycle. I was there at about 4 pm and it started to rain, so the keeper let me pass. I am lucky.
There are no flamingos in the Zoo. I was told that they were culled after avian influenza was detected in Cuba in 2023. Oh, terrible. I felt that my plan was not only over-watered, it was disintegrating like wet paper.

Did I tell you I was lucky? Well, you're not so lucky because you're not going to see anything from the Zoo here. I wanted flamingos and water mirrors. Mother Nature gave them to me... Another kind of flamingos, of course.
Let me give you some context: when I was close to getting home, on Avenida Boyeros, where the train line passes, there was a flooding. So I got off my bike and took the opportunity to do some... bird watching. 🤣

This officer looked at me with sympathy. He must have thought I'd do anything for a photo, even get my camera wet. I did the same as him, using the pedestrian pavement, because I wasn't going to go through the flood with my bike.
It started raining again and I felt that I had nothing worthwhile in my camera. Well, I did something at the Zoo. But the city is more complicated, it's the jungle.
A black and white flamingo 🤔, huh, let's see how it looks.
Ok, I'll give you proof that I was at the zoo. I don't like these animals since I had a close encounter with a mother and her offspring at a scout camp.
Turns out they had them tied up where we were going to have dinner and they got loose. When I had them in front of me, pointing to my plate of food, just said: Here, take my food.
And they took it.
And one of them stole my necklace too. 😟
Tomorrow we continue.
I need to take care of some business here, housework, and dinner... luckily there are no monos on the coast. LOL. It just occurred to me. This is an idiom from Spain and it goes like this: ‘No hay moros (moors) en la costa’. It originates from the time of the constant attacks by Muslim pirates or corsairs and means that all is well, with no danger in sight.

Te pide dibujes una persona, vos, debajo de la lluvia, como te dibujarías y luego esta la interpretación. Me lo hicieron hace 12 años el test jajaja cuando estudiaba grafología.
¿Y si no sé dibujar?
Bueno, aquí va mi dibujo:
Voy en bicicleta, riéndome mucho, soltando las manos y pasando por encima de los charcos y levantando los pies. Veo también que llevo mi mochila y mi cámara de acción para grabar todo el recorrido bajo la lluvia.
Veo también algunos árboles y un arcoíris a lo lejos, donde parece que el cielo abrió una cortina blanca, casi transparente, y a través de ella se cuela un rayo de sol en el cielo de nubarrones grises.
¿Cómo se interpretará esto?
No vale jajajaja... hay que dibujar así sea con palitos... vas bajo la lluvia así sin más y te moja?
sí, me encanta. Se siente muy fresca el agua y aunque llueve mucho no es molesto. O por lo menos yo lo siento así.

Interesante 😁... hay que llamar al psicólogo @enraizar para que valore mi dibujo y me diga qué opina de mi personalidad.
Creo que como me conozco un poco trataría de que esos detalles se vieran lo mejor posible en el dibujo, aunque carezco de dotes artísticas. Y me hubiese tomado menos de 10 minutos hacerlo.
Es super interesante, a mi me lo hizo la grafóloga y fue genial! Era parte de los estudios de autoconocimiento que hacía. Además se usa la grafología en dibujos también, muy interesante.
Ya que me han invocado. Buenas tardes @avdesing, este test es bastante interesante. También es interesante que los psicólogos cada vez usan menos los test proyectivos, dice mucho del rumbo que ha tomado la psicología "científica". Lo que comentas no me extraña, es una herramienta que, junto a otras, aporta mucha información sobre nuestros recursos y capacidades de afrontamiento.

Ciertamente hoy se usan menos de esos test, recuerdo lo hice en el año 2012, hace una eternidad jajaja pero me gustó el resultado, igual cuando la grafóloga analizó mi letra, me sorprendí, dije acá me dice que estoy loca.... que novedad, pero no... no me encerraron🤣
Para saber que estás loca no hace falta un test, y para saber que eres una loca maravillosa tampoco. Sobre la grafología es un campo fascinante, tuve una amiga (hace años que perdimos el contacto) que la usó para curarse una enfermedad. Parece que el cambio en la manera de escribir influyó en su salud. No se si sabes algo de ésto.
Eso se llama grafoterapia y algo aprendí sobre eso, unos dibujos que se pueden hacer porque cambiar la forma en que se mueve la mano incide en el cerebro. Por ejemplo un ejercicio para enfocarse y uno para relajarse... hasta ahí se. Pero por ejemplo uso la grafología para conocer a las personas, según la letra y también se pueden estudiar los cuadros.
Por ejemplo los dibujos que hace un niño dice mucho!

No, Mamani no me guardó mis dibujos. Bueno, verdad, vivía con mi abuela.
No. Solo quería montar bicicleta, escalar muros, construir refugios, construía arcos y flechas y disparaba a las matas de plátano del patio de la vecina de al lado, ver dibujos animados (muchos muñequitos rusos) merendar en el sillón las meriendas que me hacía tita, mi tía abuela, mientras me quedaba lela mirando el tv (me llamaban y no escuchaba, era como si me hablara una voz lejana que no conseguía sacarme de mi concentración). Otra cosa que me gustaba era hablar con Piña, mi amiga imaginaria. Odiaba los juguetes. 😅
No recuerdo que alguien me contara cuentos. Oía a mi abuela hacer cuentos de su juventud, muy sacrificada y algunos muy graciosos. Lo que sí recuerdo es que me aprendí de memoria la poesía La bailarina española, de José Martí, y entonces la recitaba en la escuela primaria. No recuerdo de quién fue esa idea. Mi tía era muy entusiasta y me buscaba atuendos para vestirme de bailaora. Creo que ese podría ser el cuento que más me contaron para que me lo aprendiera de memoria.

Alguien me ha invocado 😃¡Oh! @nanixxx!, esto de los proyectivos es más complicado, lo que se tarda en hacerlos es parte de lo que se observa, también si es un dibujo con muchos detalles o pobre en ellos, por donde se empieza, el lugar que ocupa en el papel la figura, tachones, rectificciones, la presión del trazo, lo que no está dibujado, los colores usados, la falta de colores... Si alguien tarda 10 minutos en hacerlo ya dice algo... Lo que tardo en hacer un post también dice mucho de mi 🤣.

Take heart and look for reflections. You have to get out of your comfort zone 😅. I sometimes hate that phrase because of the way people repeat it. There are some things that make no sense after saying them so much.

I was editing some black and white ones and I liked it that way with that drama. But look, here it is in colour.

The reflection of the other flamingos look so natural and colorful, escaping from the rain....emigrating?
These days in the afternoons, after the rain you see the streets full of flamingos crazy to get home hahaha.
