Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well 🙂 For those who don't know, I work with 3 year olds in a nursery and I love what I do. Today was a wonderful day, here in Portugal it has been raining every day, I was tired of rain, today it was wonderfully sunny, here at school we have a huge outdoor park and so I decided to go with them outside and set up a table small for them to paint, that they like to paint

I told a story about this drawing they are painting and the known story that we couldn't be envious of. In the story I said that a boy's mother had made a cake for the guests who were coming to the house for dinner but the boy ate the whole cake alone and didn't share it with anyone and in the end he got stomachaches and in the end he learned that should not be envy.

First, I asked them to use a pencil of whatever color they wanted over the dotted lines so that they could work on their fine motor skills, which is very important to work on at this age.

After they went over the dotted line, I asked them to paint only half the cake, which was the half they could eat 🤣 Of course, I had to be there next to many of them and even then, sometimes I got distracted looking to the other kids and they looked like nonsense 🤣

I love seeing them do group activities, it makes them practice their speech and talk to each other. It's good to work well as a team one day later 🙂

They work abroad, I feel like they are much more attentive 🙂 I already missed coming to write to you, but this time makes me a little bored and I've been working a lot this last month

This activity was done with 3 children at a time and the others were made to play in the park

And then we still had time to go to their favorite school. To the enchanted forest. In the Enchanted Forest is great for their imagination

Olá a todos, espero que estejam bem 🙂 Para quem não sabe, trabalho com crianças de 3 anos em uma creche e adoro o que faço. Hoje foi um dia maravilhoso, aqui em Portugal tem chovido todos os dias, estava farto de chuva, hoje fez um sol maravilhoso, aqui na escola temos um parque exterior enorme e por isso resolvi ir com eles lá fora e montar um mesa pequena para eles pintarem, que eles gostam de pintar

Contei uma história sobre esse desenho que eles estão pintando e a história conhecida que não poderíamos ter inveja. Na história eu falei que a mãe de um menino tinha feito um bolo para os convidados que vinham jantar em casa mas o menino comeu o bolo inteiro sozinho e não dividiu com ninguém e no final ficou com dor de estômago e no no final ele aprendeu que não deveria ser invejoso

Primeiro, pedi que usassem um lápis da cor que quisessem sobre as linhas pontilhadas para que pudessem trabalhar a coordenação motora fina, que é muito importante trabalhar nesta idade.

Depois que eles ultrapassaram a linha pontilhada, pedi que pintassem apenas metade do bolo, que era a metade que eles poderiam comer 🤣 Claro, eu tinha que estar ali ao lado de muitos deles e mesmo assim, às vezes me distraía olhando para o outras crianças e elas pareciam um disparate 🤣

Adoro vê-los fazendo atividades em grupo, faz com que pratiquem a fala e conversem entre si. É bom trabalhar bem em equipe um dia depois 🙂

Eles trabalham bem no exterior, sinto que são muito mais atentos 🙂 Já estava com saudades de vir escrever para vocês, mas esse tempo me deixa um pouco entediado e tenho trabalhado muito neste último mês

Esta atividade foi feita com 3 crianças por vez e as demais foram feitas para brincar no parque

E ainda tivemos tempo de ir para a escola favorita deles. Para a floresta encantada. Na Floresta Encantada é ótimo para a imaginação deles
