Hello everyone, I hope you are all well 😀 For those who don't know I work with children and I love what I do 💖 today is food day and on friday i made some fruit kebabs with my children and told them a little that we should eat healthy and that we should only eat french fries, hambrugers, chocolates, gummies and juices on festive days.

In the morning we were making some fruit kebabs for dessert after lunch. And in the afternoon they made a wonderful drawing of the fruit skewers

Encouraging fruit consumption is a primary task for parents when it comes to the health of their little ones! If children are in the habit of turning up their noses at vegetables, the same rarely happens with fruit.

Children's development: rich in vitamins and fiber!
Very tasty and sweet, just as children like, it is much simpler to convince the youngest to eat a little fruit than vegetables.

Start from an early age to incorporate the fruit in the diet of the youngest. Through small steps you will be able to introduce the most important foods in children's development, effectively.

The fruit provides several nutrients that are very important in the development of children and should be ingested in its entirety and not just in natural juices.
However, if children offer some resistance when it comes to consuming it in the traditional way, choose recipes that are attractive to the little ones, such as milkshakes.

As the fruit contains a lot of water, it allows children to stay hydrated. Of course, this cannot reduce water consumption!

Essential for the development of children, the fruit is rich in:
• Proteins;
• Vitamins;
• Fibers;
• Mineral Salts.
Did you know that eating fruit reduces the risk of diabetes and obesity? For healthier children, the World Health Organization suggests eating up to three servings of fruit a day. However, vary the fruit depending on its color, so that they can guarantee
different nutrients for children.

An increasingly stronger and healthier body The fruit can solve many needs of the human body and is easy to find in any supermarket. If you have space at home, you can even create your own orchard.

• Orange is rich in fiber, contains a lot of vitamin c, which helps our immune system to defend the body. In addition, it is excellent to help us cure colds or coughs!

• Apples, which we find regularly everywhere, are rich in fiber, which helps us to have a well-functioning intestines. Did you know that apple peel is also rich in vitamin C?

• Perhaps most children's favorite fruit, bananas are a good source of B vitamins and potassium.

There are several tricks to teach children to like vegetables, which can be applied to fruit. This one is very good for helping children's bone development and helps in the healing process. All its nutrients play a key role in making us grow stronger and healthier, so at your next meal, do you already know what dessert will be?
We help: fruit!

I hope you like it, see you soon friends 😀

Dear @name0!
The sight of cute children making kebabs is fun!😃
I remember kebab as a Turkish food, and I'm surprised it seems so popular in Europe!
