Monomad: The right moment on the streets [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy start to the week, dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography; I hope you had a great weekend. As usual, I want to start the week with some street photographs, once again where areas of light are fundamental to the scenes I chose; I hope you enjoy the photographs.

Feliz inicio de semana para todos, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro; espero que tuvieran un excelente fin de semana. Como ya es costumbre, quiero empezar la semana con algunas fotografías callejeras, nuevamente donde las zonas con luz son fundamentales para los escenarios que elegí; espero que disfruten de las fotografías.

Personally, there are certain types of black and white photographs that I really enjoy, and they are those where everything seems dark or covered in shadows, except for certain areas that are illuminated, and that is where the magic happens. That is why I have loved taking photographs in these places.

Personalmente, hay ciertos tipos de fotografías en blanco y negro que disfruto bastante y son aquellas donde todo parece oscuro o tomado por las sombras, excepto ciertas zonas que son iluminadas y es donde surge la magia; por eso me ha encantado hacer fotografías en estos lugares.

Waiting for people to pass by these spots is entertaining because you can take your time choosing your subject, obviously without having much control over it and without knowing if they will reach the point you really want, but part of the fun is having that challenge of getting the photo at the exact moment.

Esperar que las personas transiten por estos sitios es entretenido porque puedes tomarte el tiempo de elegir a tu protagonista, evidentemente sin tener mucho control de ello y sin saber si llegarán al punto que realmente quieres, pero es parte de la diversión el tener ese reto de conseguir la foto en el momento exacto.
