Monomad: The imperfect beauty of a sunflower [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

There is a certain beauty even in imperfection, and that is what I want to share today with some photographs I took of a sunflower bud just beginning to open its petals, which look irregular and not very symmetrical, but that is what gives it beauty even before the final result.

Existe cierta belleza incluso en la misma imperfección y es lo que vengo a compartir el día de hoy con unas fotografías que hice a un botón floral de girasol apenas estirando sus pétalos, los cuales se ven irregulares y sin tanta simetría, pero eso es lo que le da belleza también antes del resultado final.

It depends a lot on the type of sunflower, but this one took exactly two months to bloom. It has been a process that required a lot of patience, but seeing how little by little it shows small signs of completing its cycle is beautiful, and I am glad I captured it in these photographs.

Depende mucho del tipo de girasol, pero este ha nacido en 2 meses exactamente. Ha sido un proceso de mucha paciencia, pero ver cómo poco a poco muestra pequeñas señales de estar completando su ciclo es hermoso y me alegro de haberlo capturado en estas fotografías.

I preferred the photographs to be in black and white to highlight these marked shadows, because I took the photos at a time when the sun was quite strong and even so I used the flash a little to give them more prominence, and I think that was the best option, because personally I am quite happy with the result.

Prefería que las fotografías estuvieran en blanco y negro para resaltar estas sombras marcadas, porque hice las fotos en una hora donde el sol era bastante fuerte y aun así me apoyé un poco del flash para dar más protagonismo y creo que fue la mejor opción, porque personalmente estoy bastante contento con el resultado.
