Monomad: Street photography [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy start to the week, dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography. How are you today? I'm doing quite well, and I hope you are too. Today I want to share some street photographs with you. I hope you enjoy them.

Feliz inicio de semana, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro. ¿Cómo se encuentran el día de hoy? Yo estoy bastante bien y espero que ustedes también lo estén. El día de hoy quiero compartir algunas fotografías callejeras con ustedes, espero que las disfruten.

The art of capturing specific moments is complicated. I mean, when you try to take photographs on the street, the unusual becomes attractive, so I try to look for things that catch my attention, from a passing truck to people walking by. That's why it's interesting to see all the different perspectives you can find.

El arte de capturar momentos específicos es complicado, quiero decir, cuando intentas hacer fotografías en la calle lo inusual se vuelve atractivo, por eso intento buscar aquello que llame mi atención, desde un camión pasando o las personas caminando, por eso es interesante ver todas las perspectivas que se pueden encontrar.

There is a certain mystery in taking these photographs and then seeing the result in black and white, at least from my perspective. It has that mystery of wanting to tell a story and it has that beauty of creating contrast between light and shadow to make it even more entertaining to look at.

Hay cierto misterio en hacer estas fotografías y luego ver el resultado en blanco y negro, al menos desde mi perspectiva. Tiene ese misterio de querer contar una historia y tiene esa belleza de hacer contraste entre las luces y sombras para que sea incluso más entretenido de ver.
