Monomad: Frames and streets [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy start to the week to everyone, dear friends in the community and lovers of black and white photography. How are you all doing today? I’m feeling pretty good, and I hope you are too. Today I’m sharing some street photos featuring different views of the same street; I hope you enjoy them.

Feliz inicio de semana para todos, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro. ¿Cómo se encuentran el día de hoy? Yo me siento bastante bien y espero que ustedes también. Hoy les comparto algunas fotografías callejeras con algunos marcos de la misma calle; espero que las disfruten.

When I take photos on the street, beyond focusing on the subjects, I have to pay close attention to what else appears in the frame. In the area where I like to take photos, there are certain railings, so I try to incorporate them into my composition so that they act as frames for the subjects.

Cuando hago fotografías en la calle, más allá de centrarme en los protagonistas, tengo que prestar bastante atención a lo que sale en fotografía y, en el lugar donde me gusta hacer las fotos, hay ciertas barras, por lo que intento agregar eso a mi composición, de manera que parezcan marcos para los protagonistas.

Capturing the action of a person walking is striking, especially when they’re running across from one place to another; whether it’s because of passing cars or for any other reason, it’s a challenge, but trying to freeze that moment makes it interesting to do, especially when I end up really liking the final result.

Capturar la acción de una persona caminando es llamativo, más cuando esta va a cruzar corriendo de un lugar a otro; ya sea por los autos que van pasando o por cualquier otro motivo, es un reto, pero intentar congelar ese momento lo hace interesante de realizar y más cuando el resultado final termina gustándome bastante.
