Monomad: Audience and participants [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy Friday to everyone, dear friends in the community; I hope you’re all doing great today. It’s been a tough few days, but as they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade, so I’m leaving you with some photos from a freestyle event; I hope you enjoy them.

Feliz viernes para todos, queridos amigos de la comunidad; espero que todos se encuentren genial el día de hoy. Han sido unos días complicados, pero al mal tiempo, buena cara, o eso dicen, por lo que les dejo con algunas fotografías de un evento de freestyle; espero que las disfruten.

I always focus on the main characters, for obvious reasons, since they’re the ones who stand out the most, but this time I’m sharing a variety of photos where, yes, the main characters are the ones competing, but so is the audience, because the expressions on their faces are so spontaneous in both cases that they really catch your eye.

Siempre estoy centrado en los protagonistas, por obvias razones, de ser quienes más resaltan, pero en esta ocasión comparto unas fotografías variadas, donde sí, los protagonistas son los que batallan, pero también el público presente, porque las expresiones de los rostros son tan espontáneas en ambos casos que llaman la atención.

I try to capture the moment, the emotions, and the feelings of those enjoying an event like this, and I think that urban atmosphere—with so much happening all at once—has a certain magic that you don’t find in other kinds of situations. That’s why I really enjoy taking these kinds of photos whenever I can.

Intento capturar bien el momento, las emociones y las sensaciones de aquellos que disfrutan de un evento así, y creo que ese ambiente urbano, lleno de tantas cosas sucediendo al mismo tiempo, tiene cierta magia que no se encuentra en otros tipos de situaciones, por eso disfruto mucho de hacer este tipo de fotografías cada vez que puedo.
