Monomad: Anonymous Portraits #1 [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Yesterday I was taking some pictures in a square, trying to capture details that I found interesting and at that moment a man approached me and asked me if I was taking pictures to which I answered yes and asked me if I could take some pictures of him and here I share with you some portraits I took of him.

El día de ayer me encontraba realizando algunas fotografías en una plaza, intentando capturar detalles que me parecían interesantes y en ese momento un señor se me acercó y me preguntó si estaba haciendo fotografías a lo que respondí afirmativamente y me preguntó si podía hacerle unas fotos a él y aquí les comparto algunos retratos que le hice.

It is not the first time that someone approaches me asking if I can take a picture of them, because when people see someone with a camera they are curious, but most of them are usually teenagers, older people almost never do this, but this gentleman did and I found it interesting.

No es primera vez que alguien se me acerca preguntando si puedo hacerles alguna foto, ya que cuando las personas ven a alguien con una cámara sienten curiosidad, pero en su mayoría suelen ser adolescentes, las personas mayores casi no hacen esto, pero este señor sí y me pareció algo interesante.

I took some pretty close shots because I thought her face conveyed a lot and I wanted to focus on that. After taking the pictures I showed them to him and he thanked me, assuring me that he liked them, so he said goodbye and kept walking. It's a pity I don't have a way to send him the edited photos, I hope to meet him again sometime.

Hice unos planos bastante cerrados porque me parecía que su rostro transmitía bastante y quise enfocar eso. Luego de hacerle las fotografías se las mostré y me agradeció, asegurando que le habían gustado, por lo que se despidió y siguió caminando. Es una lástima que no tenga manera de hacerle llegar las fotos editadas, espero volver a cruzarme con él en algún momento.
