Monomad: An unexpected butterfly [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

A couple of days ago I was in my living room at home and while looking outside, I noticed a butterfly on a flower at a neighbor's house, so I quickly decided to grab my camera and go out to take some pictures hoping that the butterfly wouldn't leave.

Hace un par de días estaba en la sala de mi casa y mientras veía hacia afuera, me percaté que en una flor en casa de un vecino estaba una mariposa, por lo que rápidamente decidí tomar mi cámara y salir a hacer algunas fotografías con la esperanza de que no se fuese la mariposa.

When I started to take the pictures I was at a considered distance, because I did not want to scare the butterfly, but it happened to me that in a couple of occasions it flew away, made a circle in the air, I imagine it was looking for some other flower and when it realized that there was not another one nearby, it returned to the same flower and allowed me to continue taking pictures.

Cuando empecé a hacer las fotografías estaba a una distancia considerada, porque no quería espantar a la mariposa, pero me ocurrió que en un par de ocasiones se fuese volando, hiciese como un círculo en el aire imagino que buscando alguna otra flor y al percatarse de que no había otra cercana, volvía a la misma flor y me permitía seguir haciendo fotografías.

I like these photographs to be in black and white for two reasons, the first one is that, the amount of colors can be a bit distracting and clearly I want the center of attention to be the butterfly, the second reason is because it gives it an interesting touch, I find that the drama in something as natural as a butterfly on a flower makes it eye-catching.

Me gusta que estas fotografías sean en blanco y negro por dos motivos, el primero es que, la cantidad de colores puede distraer un poco la vista y claramente quiero que el centro de atención sea la mariposa, el segundo motivo es porque le da un toque interesante, me parece que el dramatismo en algo tan natural como una mariposa en una flor lo hace llamativo.
