Monomad: A skater wearing a hat [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Over the last few weeks, I've been sharing with you some photos I've taken at the skatepark on different days, some of competitions and others of people who enjoy skating without any intention of competing. But today, I want to share some photos of a very interesting competitor who wore a hat while skating. I hope you enjoy them.

Estas últimas semanas he estado compartiendo con ustedes algunas fotografías que he estado realizando en el skatepark en distintos días, algunos de competiciones y otras de quienes disfrutan de patinar sin intenciones de competir, pero el día de hoy quiero compartir unas fotografías de un competidor muy interesante y es que, hacía uso de un sombrero mientras patinaba, espero que lo disfruten.

I think anyone would find it curious to see someone skating on a skateboard while wearing a hat that is commonly worn in the countryside, and that's why, every time he was introduced for his skating routine, they called him the “cowboy,” which certainly suited him quite well.

Creo que para cualquiera sería curioso ver a alguien patinando en su patineta y llevando un sombrero que es muy usado en el campo y justo por eso, cada vez que lo presentaban para su momento de patinar le llamaban el “cowboy”, lo cual sin duda le quedaba bastante bien.

Seeing him skate without his hat falling off even once seemed like an amazing feat to me. I also think that in these photographs, the contrast between his hat and his clothes looks great, which makes the photos look more attractive in black and white, without detracting from his incredible skateboarding skills, of course.

Verlo patinar y que en ningún momento se le cayera el sombrero me pareció una hazaña estupenda, además que considero que en estas fotografías queda muy bien por el contraste que genera su sombrero con su ropa, lo cual hace que las fotos se vean más atractivas en blanco y negro, esto claro sin quitar merito a sus increíbles acrobacias en la patineta.
