Monomad: A religious mantes on the defensive [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

When you go to places you have not known before it is very likely that, if there are animals there, you will also find some you have not seen before and this happened to me on a trip to a river and when I was doing a photo shoot for a friend, I noticed a praying mantis posing on a stone, so I had to take some pictures of it.

Cuando vas a lugares que no has conocido antes es muy probable que, si hay animales allí, también encuentres alguno que no has visto antes y esto me ocurrió en un viaje a un río y cuando estaba haciendo una sesión de fotos a una amiga, me percaté de que había una mantis religiosa posando en una piedra, por lo que tuve que hacerle algunas fotos.

I think it is evident that in some photographs he was in a defensive position, I am sure that if he approached me with a finger or something he would attack me without hesitation, so I always kept my distance and only used the Zoom of my camera, but I perfectly understand his defensive attitude, I would also be scared if a giant approached me from different perspectives.

Creo que es evidente que en algunas fotografías estaba en una posición a la defensiva, estoy seguro de que si acercaba un dedo o algo me lo iba a atacar sin dudarlo, por lo cual siempre mantuve mi distancia y solo utilicé el Zoom de mi cámara, pero entiendo perfectamente su actitud a la defensiva, yo también me asustaría si un gigante se acercara a mí desde distintas perspectivas.

Something that I should mention is that I had never seen this type of praying mantis, I had only known the typical one that is green, but this one had an appearance in its body as if it were a dry leaf, you can see how when it stays still it looks like one, without a doubt nature is impressive in many occasions.

Algo que, si debo mencionar, es que nunca había visto este tipo de mantis religiosa, solo había conocido la típica que es verde, pero esta tenía apariencia en su cuerpo como si fuese una hoja seca, se puede apreciar como al quedarse quieta lo pareciera, sin duda la naturaleza es impresionante en muchas ocasiones.
