Monomad: A dog keeping company [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

It is quite common to find yourself somewhere and have a stray dog come up to you. In most cases, they are just looking for food, or perhaps some company. As there were several of us together, we gave it something to eat, and it stayed close to us for a while. I took some photos at that moment.

Es bastante común encontrarte en algún lugar y que un perrito callejero puede llegar a dónde estás, en la mayoría de ocasiones solo busca de comida o también puede buscar algo de compañía y como estábamos reunidos varios le dimos algo de comer y también estuvo cerca de nosotros un rato, ese momento hice algunas fotografías.

I have always found it unfortunate that many of these animals have to live on the streets. Many are abandoned, and others are simply born on the streets. Here (at least where I live), there are no institutions that take care of them, and those who do obviously do not have the necessary resources to care for all of them.

Siempre me ha parecido una lástima que muchos de estos animalitos tengan que estar en la calle, muchos son abandonados y otros simplemente nacen en la calle y aquí (al menos donde vivo) no hay instituciones que se hagan cargo de ellos y quienes lo hacen, obviamente no tienen el capital necesario para cuidar de todos.

There are many dogs that are quite affectionate, and this one was one of them. He kept us company and watched us for quite a while. I hope that during the short time he was with us, he felt the human warmth that dogs often seek. Whenever you can, adopt a dog.

Hay muchos perros que son bastante cariñosos y este era uno de ellos. Nos hizo compañía y observó por bastante rato, espero que al menos el poco tiempo que estuvo con nosotros sintiese el calor humano que muchas veces buscan. Siempre que puedan, adopten un perro.
