Monomad: A cat watching people pass by [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

I always find it charming when I go out to take photographs on the street and, just as I finish, I come across a kitten. On this occasion, it was a rather curious cat. I saw it from a distance and thought it wouldn't give me a chance to take any photographs, but its curiosity got the better of it, so I hope you enjoy these photographs today.

Siempre se me hace lindo cuando salgo a hacer fotografías en la calle y justo cuando termino, me cruzo con algún gatito y, en esta ocasión, es un gato bastante curioso. Lo vi a distancia y pensé que no me daría oportunidad de hacerle fotografías, pero su curiosidad le ganó más y por eso espero que disfruten de estas fotografías el día de hoy.

At first, I approached from a safe distance because I thought he could easily get back to where he was. I should also mention that he was higher up than me, which is why some of the photos are taken from this perspective, which obviously makes him look bigger.

Al principio me acerqué a una distancia prudente, porque pensé que fácilmente podría meterse nuevamente a donde estaba; además, debo mencionar que estaba en un lugar más elevado que yo, por eso algunas de las fotos son desde esta perspectiva, que evidentemente lo engrandece más.

As some people walked by, the cat saw them, which gave me a couple of seconds to take the photos; in other cases, I had to make noises to get its attention, and like all cats, it turned around quickly. Cats are so curious that this is undoubtedly a great advantage when taking photos of them.

Como algunas personas iban pasando, el gato los veía y esto me daba un par de segundos para hacer las fotografías; en otras tuve que hacer sonidos para llamar su atención y, como todo gato, volteaba rápidamente. Los gatos son tan curiosos que esto sin duda es una gran ventaja al momento de hacerles fotografías.
