A day full of art at the museum [Eng/Esp]
Greetings, dear friends of the community, how are you today? I am quite well and I hope you are too. For a couple of weeks I had been wanting to go to a museum near where I live, but for some reason I was not encouraged to go, until thanks to social networks I discovered that they would make the presentation of some works of an artist and I thought it would be the perfect excuse to motivate me to attend. I took my camera to capture the moment and the works of art and I was ready to enjoy. Join me for a day full of art.
Saludos, queridos amigos de la comunidad, ¿cómo se encuentran el día de hoy? Yo bastante bien y espero que ustedes también. Hacía un par de semanas que tenía ganas de ir a un museo cercano a donde vivo, pero por alguna razón no me terminaba animando de ir, hasta que gracias a las redes sociales descubrí que harían la presentación de unas obras de un artista y pensé que sería la excusa perfecta para motivarme a asistir. Tomé mi cámara para evidenciar el momento y las obras de arte y me dispuse a disfrutar. Acompáñenme en un día lleno de arte.
I tried to arrive at the time stipulated in the flyer, but to my surprise, the exhibition hall was not yet open to the public, so I had to wait with other people who also wanted to enjoy the art exhibition. I could see that there were many people, from high school students, artists, seniors and this made me think that art really beyond a form of expression for people, can also be a means of connection between people who at first glance may be very different, but that what art transmits can end up connecting everyone equally.
After almost an hour of waiting, the exhibition began, but before the artist who was the protagonist, gave a short speech to make the presentation of his work and also to thank each of the people who had attended, that said, we were directed to the room where the works of the artist were. At first I did not know where to start, there were many works on the walls, most of them were paintings, something that I sincerely like very much. I find the art of painting to be such an emotional expression that just a couple of strokes can convey so many emotions.
Intenté llegar a la hora que estaba estipulada en el flyer, pero para mi sorpresa, todavía no estaba abierto el salón de la exposición al público, por lo que tuve que esperar junto a otras personas que también querían disfrutar de la exposición de arte. Pude percatarme que había muchas personas, desde estudiantes de secundaria, artistas, adultos mayores y esto me hizo pensar que, el arte realmente más allá de una forma de expresión para las personas, también puede ser un medio de conexión entre personas que a simple vista pueden estar muy diferenciadas, pero que aquello que transmite el arte puede terminar conectando a todos por igual.
Luego de casi una hora de espera, dio inicio la exposición, pero antes el artista que era el protagonista, dio un pequeño discurso para hacer la presentación de su obra y también para agradecer a cada una de las personas que había asistido, dicho esto, se nos dirigió al salón donde las obras del artista se encontraban. Al principio no sabía por dónde comenzar, había muchas obras en las paredes, en su mayoría eran pinturas, algo que sinceramente me gusta mucho. Encuentro el arte de la pintura como una expresión tan emocional que tan solo un par de trazos puede transmitir tantas emociones.

Something curious happened while I was taking the photos and that is that, a girl who was also doing the same as me, asked me if I worked with any institution and that's why I was there, to which I answered no, I was just there to enjoy the exhibition, but this ended with her seeing my photographic work on Instagram and inviting me to be a photographer in a technical school of visual arts, to also evidence the students while they make artistic works which seem to be very striking and it never hurts to be part of something like that, to which I accepted. Honestly, I didn't expect something like this when I left home, but life is full of coincidences.
I continued walking around the room to appreciate each of the artist's works and I must mention that, being very honest, there were some works that I did not fully understand, but others that caught my attention instantly, either because of what they made me feel or because of the striking visual style. Although there were many people, from one moment to another many more people arrived, to the point that it was somewhat difficult to move around the room, but far from bothering me it made me happy, I like that people appreciate the effort of the artists, that they take the time to see the works, even praise the artist himself for all his work, it is something nice to see and I'm sure it was a very nice experience for the artist, since at least for the audience present and I include myself, it was.
Algo curioso sucedió mientras hacía las fotos y es que, una chica que también estaba haciendo lo mismo que yo, me preguntó si trabajaba con alguna institución y por eso estaba allí, a lo que respondí que no, solo estaba allí para disfrutar de la exposición, pero esto terminó con ella viendo mi trabajo fotográfico en Instagram e invitándome a ser fotógrafo en una escuela técnica de artes visuales, para evidenciar también a los estudiantes mientras realizan trabajos artísticos los cuales parecen ser muy llamativos y nunca está de más ser parte de algo así, a lo que acepté. Honestamente, no me esperaba algo así cuando salí de mi casa, pero la vida está llena de casualidades.
Seguí recorriendo todo el salón para apreciar cada una de las obras del artista y debo mencionar que, siendo muy honesto, hubo algunas obras que no entendí del todo, pero otras que llamaron mi atención al instante, ya fuesen por lo que me hacían sentir o por el estilo visual tan llamativo. Si bien había muchas personas, de un momento a otro llegaron muchas más personas, al punto que era un tanto difícil moverse por el salón, pero lejos de molestarme me hizo feliz, me gusta que las personas aprecien el esfuerzo de los artistas, que se tomen el tiempo de ver las obras, incluso elogiar al mismo artista por todo su trabajo, es algo lindo de ver y que estoy seguro fue una experiencia muy linda para el artista, ya que al menos para el público presente y me incluyo, sí que lo fue.
Something that surprised me was that they enabled a second hall to present some works of some artists from the state where I live and of course I also had to see them, taking advantage of the fact that many people were still in the first hall, I could take more pictures in the second hall without so much inconvenience. In this second hall there were some interesting works and they were not only paintings, there were also sculptures, visual art in instruments, abstract art and more, it was really excellent that they enabled that second hall, both to know new works and that it was a day full of art, and also to cover the number of people who were arriving, as the museum was filling up. But after a couple of hours, everything was diminishing as it was obvious and so the art exhibitions ended. As quickly as the people arrived, they also left the museum, but all with a great satisfaction for having enjoyed a day full of art.
For my part I must say that it was a great experience where I enjoyed works that I had no knowledge of, artistic expressions so varied, I discovered artists whom I did not know too, I got an unexpected invitation to an art school that really has me excited and I took many photographs both to remember this day, and to share with you some works that undoubtedly amazed me.
Algo que me sorprendió, fue que, habilitaron un segundo salón para presentar algunas obras de unos artistas del estado en el que vivo y por supuesto que también debía verlas, aprovechando que muchas personas seguían en el primer salón, pude hacer más fotografías en el segundo salón sin tanto inconveniente. En este segundo salón había unas obras interesantes y no solo eran pinturas, también había esculturas, arte visual en instrumentos, arte abstracto y más, realmente fue excelente que habilitaran ese segundo salón, tanto para conocer nuevas obras y que fuese un día lleno de mucho arte, como también para abarcar la cantidad de personas que estaban llegando, ya que el museo se estuvo llenando. Pero luego de un par de horas, todo fue disminuyendo como era obvio y así terminaron las exhibiciones de arte. Tan rápido como llegaron las personas, también se fueron yendo del museo, pero todos con una gran satisfacción por haber disfrutado de un día repleto de arte.
Por mi parte debo decir que fue una gran experiencia donde disfruté de obras que no tenía conocimiento, expresiones artísticas tan variadas, descubrí artistas a los cuales desconocía también, obtuve una inesperada invitación a una escuela de arte que realmente me tiene emocionado e hice muchas fotografías tanto para recordar este día, como para compartir con ustedes algunas obras que sin duda me maravillaron.

¡Hola! Así es, por eso siempre dicen que puedes planear algo y obtener un resultado que no esperabas, jaja, pero estoy contento con ello. Con respecto a las obras de arte, totalmente de acuerdo, por eso en muchas ocasiones son a libre interpretación, pero a veces es tan complicado entender lo que quiso transmitir el artista, jaja.
