A butterfly with polka dots on its wings [Eng/Esp]

Butterflies are my favorite insects to photograph because I always find them beautiful, whether it’s the color of their wings, the patterns they often display, the shape of their wings, or the subtle beauty they exude when they land on flowers. That’s why I’m sharing some photos with you today; I hope you enjoy them.

Las mariposas son los insectos que más disfruto fotografiar, porque se me hacen siempre bonitos, ya sea por el color de sus alas, los patrones que suelen tener, la forma de sus alas o la sutil belleza cuando se posan en las flores; por eso el día de hoy les comparto algunas fotografías; espero que las disfruten.

There are butterflies of many colors, no doubt about that, but I rarely come across white butterflies with black spots, or perhaps they’re black butterflies with white spots; I suppose it all depends on how you look at it, but the point is that I find this pattern really beautiful.

Existen mariposas de muchos colores, de eso no hay duda, pero son pocas las veces que me cruzo con mariposas blancas que tienen lunares negros o quizás sean mariposas negras con lunares blancos; supongo que todo depende de la perspectiva que se le quiera dar, pero el punto es que se me hace muy bonito este patrón.

What isn't so great is the process of taking the photos, because they're obviously always on the move, which means you have to keep moving from one spot to another, and that's assuming they stay on nearby flowers and don't just decide to fly away and never come back, but it's still fun to do.

Lo que no es tan bonito es el proceso de hacer las fotografías, porque es evidente que están en constante movimiento, lo cual te hace tener que moverte de un lugar a otro, y eso teniendo suerte de que se mantengan en flores cercanas y no decidan irse simplemente y no volver, pero aun así resulta divertido de hacer.
