Monomad: Waiting at the Door
This is a photo of a kele honey bee. This bee is famous for its small size, only around 7 mm. In general, these bees always stay in their nests. Meanwhile, kele honey bee nests have a characteristic dark color, sticky with a liquid that resembles honey. Even though this bee is small, it produces quite a large amount of honey. The honey produced by kele bees is almost the same as the taste of honey produced by bees in general.
I took a photo right in front of the kele honey bee nest. I patiently had to let this bee come out to visit and wait for it to come out. By spending 30 minutes I also touched up several photos of kele bees. Several bees were seen coming out of their nests shyly. Sometimes they just look for a moment then go back into the nest and some others come out, stand for a while then fly off somewhere.
