Monomad: Schizophyllum with Batik Art Motif

Schizophyllum mushrooms have been my favorite mushrooms so far, because these mushrooms can live around my place of residence. These mushrooms grow on rotten tree trunks, when it rains and the wood starts to get wet for a few days, these mushrooms spread on the rotten tree trunks. I often observe and even wait for the right moment to photograph the Schizophyllum mushrooms again. The right moment is when these mushrooms grow on tree trunks forming typical Indonesian batik.

This is the Schizophyllum that I posted today on @fungifriday, where mushroom photo days and collect them in this community from all over the world. It looks like there will still be rain for the next few days, even though the days have been very hot in the past three days. And I'm still waiting for the Schizophyllum to spread on the rotten wood to carve its batik flower art.

How are you, dear friend @naisfreedom?

This mushroom colony is impressive. I've never seen so many mushrooms together before.

Beautiful photographs.

Have a beautiful day.
