Monomad: Bees on the Plantation
They are noble honey-producing animals. In forest areas, they usually live communally, forming very large groups. This large number allows for abundant honey production. They typically reside in tall, large trees or in hard-to-reach valleys.
The honeybees in this photo, however, are a limited community. They live near human settlements, with only a few remaining individuals. They survive by feeding on the nectar of wildflowers growing in plantations.
