From my garden
It's been 2 days that I have been at my home in the village. I always miss this environment when I am not around. It's so peaceful and serene and everything here is created by me. But since not being around all the time, the maintenance part I have to leave it on the caretakers. They are doing a good job, but my standards are high, so it is never to my 100% satisfaction, but I am grateful for whatever they are doing.
Since the time I have come there has been a lot of small jobs to do, and I have barely been able to relax and enjoy the environment, just doing nothing. During the monsoon, there was some leakage so the first priority for me during this visit has been to fix that up. Work is going on and it will take another 2 to 3 days to complete. Also I have been spending a lot of time in the garden, cleaning it up, not yet got the new plants, the old ones need trimming and maintenance, so the focus right now is on it.
This year the monsoon was super heavy and also it has extended beyond it's season period, and in that my plants have been hit a lot. The bougainvillea lost all the leaves, though they have come up now. I had some flower plants they are all destroyed. I am feeling sad about it, but then who can defy nature. The one thing that has stayed up well are my rose plants and I am surprised because they seem to be delicate but they are not.
There was a big Lizard on one of the rose plant. At first I thought it was a Chameleon, but later saw it closely and it's a Lizard.

Starting the day with garden activities definitely makes my day. It sets the right mood for the day.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
