Happy Sunday everyone, especially those who are part of this beautiful community of liketu, happy to be here with you once.

There are a few days left before the start of the new school year in Venezuela and my husband and I have the opportunity to have enrolled our children in a school that has been active in my city for more than 60 years, this school usually carries out different cultural activities during the from the year of reference to national or regional dates to traditions that characterize Zulia, etc.

One of the celebrations that it carries out is the commemoration of the Virgen de la Chiquinquirá, patron saint of the Zulia people, and where all of them carry out different activities, one of them is the parade of girls dressed in guajira blankets, clothing used by the Wayuu ethnic group, the ethnic group that represents the ancient inhabitants of Zulia State. Here I show my daughter with her dress I hope you like it.

Thank you, it's good that you liked it, the wayuu women's clothing is colorful and with drawings that vary according to geography, time of year or social distinction.
Andrea is very studious and applied, I hope she continues like this😉, greetings.
