Yes, all operational and seems to be working more or less as designed
You are sending out tips, and your friend seems to be receiving them, which makes you both appear in the summary.
However, you are sending them because you are in the testers-override group, but your friend isn't, and most likely doesn't have the required (rather large) amount of Gifu to actually send the tokens.
I have changed the code though to allow for the reply-comment to give the error/reason for not sending.

Testing is good! PIXY/PIXYDUST and UNi/UNICOIN can only be tipped if you delegate sufficient HP to @pixydust and @uni-coin respectively. PIXYDUST, HSBIDAO, and UNICOIN can be added into the pools, which provides nice liquidity rewards. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Worthwhile assets? There are several very good ones that are run by solid teams, such as EDSI//EDSMM, DBOND/DAB, PIXDUST/UNICOIN/GLITTER, HSBIDAO, LBI, BEE/WORKERBEE (always-needed, essential components of Hive Engine), BBH/BBHM/BBHO, among others, including our ALIVE and HEARTBEAT tokens. I'm still working on generating enough HIVE weekly to be able to begin the daily distribution of it in our daily ALIVE dividends, though it's coming along, just a bit more slowly than I'd like. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
