Hand painting of Indian flag with kid on the occasion of Independence Day

Hello friends !

Happy independence day to you all . Today india is celebrating it’s 79th Independence day .

On this special occasion i guide my son to hand paint the indian flag tiranga 🇮🇳 . By doing this he was so excited and now he know all about the indian flag . This is really a great and educational activity to celebrate that big day and introduce the importance of the flag to our kid.

Here are the glimpse of this activity :

First i pick three finger paint color, orange, white and green .

Put the color on my kid hand , like this . I don’t use white color because the paper is white.

So first we paint our proud flag like this :

Than with the blue pan , we make the ashok chakara . We made 24 spokes in the ashok chakara which is the powerful symole of India’s unity.

Now with the brown pan we add more details and complete our flag .

At the end with saying and writing JAI HIND , we hoisting our flag .

I also tell him the meaning of all colors . Saffron stands for sacrifies, courage, white present India’s purity and peace where green present India’s growth , land and fertility. Powerful ashok chakra represents the wheels of the law , progress and unity of the india .

Now the whole day he bring tiranga with him and said vande Mataram and being a proud Indian.

I feel so happy and proud after done this activity with him and saw his happiness after know about his country , flag and some symboles .

I am a proud bhartiya (indian) and i pray my india stands strong always , grow more and more and forever free . The proud tricolour (flag) fly high always .

Once again : 🙏sabhi bhartiyo ko sawtantra diwas ki hardik subhkamanaye 🙏

Thank you so much for your valuable time , support and love 🧡🤍💚

We just did the similar thing upon school opening ceremony. It was a tree & each student made to paint their hand & use their hand to stamp it as a leaf of a tree.

Nice idea by you @mysteriousroad

नहीं! मुझे लगता है कि कोई कन्फ़्यूज़न है।
मैंने कहा कि मैं उस स्कूल के उद्घाटन समारोह में गया था जहाँ मेरा बेटा पढ़ता है।
