August month garden journal || all about my okra, beans and apple gourd plants
Hello friends !
It been 1.5 month i share about okra, beans and apple gourd plants update . Last time when I share i do first harvesting of my okra and from that day I enjoyed okra in abundance and some plants hight reached more than 6 feet , even now I feel difficulty to plugh the okra . But every day when I collect okra it gives me immense happiness and satisfaction. I tried so many recipes with okra which i also share . And all time i feel so grateful.
Here are some pictures of my okra plants .
BEANS :
Beans plants start flowering… even first flower showed 10 days earlier …
I sow seeds okra and beans together, but my beans plants progress is slow and after 4 month i hope I’ll get some beans soon and share my happiness of first harvesting of beans .
The height of beans plant is now good and the flower color is so preety . I have so many plants of beans , It is my first experience to grow beans and waiting to see what happened next.

Apple gourd :
About a month ago i do first harvesting of apple gourd which we also called tinda . But we get limited tinda time time and the size is also small . But in taste it is good . Now this plants leaves start to brunt and it seems we get tinda only for some days.
But happy and grateful for this experience too .

SPINACH and corn :
As I shared last time corn was not good so i remove all corn plants . My spinach also become like this , so i remove all spinach also .
This month we remove all extra and unwanted plants and now i am planing to sow some flowers seeds in some new pot.

Apple gourd - I didn't even know about such a fruit.
It’s a vegetable… mostly you find in India

I haven't tried Apple gourd, it looks like a green tomato with thorns to me.But I believe they are not sharp :)
They are not sharp … even when we wash that vegetable they disappear… it’s not like tomato taste is differ 😀
