Sunday Photowalk - HiveBeeCon

Hey everyone! I’ve decided to take on the role of host and a bit of a “tour guide.” During our time together, we’ll also test some Hive apps, take pictures, and enjoy a nice walk through the beautiful city of Krakow. TAG - #sundayphotowalk

Sunday Photowalk 16.10 | 11:00 - 14:00 at @hivebeecon

All you need is comfortable shoes and a camera. It doesn’t have to be anything professional. Someone once said, “The best camera is the one you have with you.” That means it can be your phone, an analogue camera, DSLR, mirrorless, calculator, or even a potato. As long as it captures a moment, it works. Even if you don’t want to take photos, you’re still welcome to join the walk.

You’re free to photograph whatever you like, though it’s nice to tell the story of the walk through your shots. I’ve also prepared a few small tasks we can do along the way.

The whole trip, including stops, will take about 3 hours. The pace will be like a typical Sunday family walk—not too fast, not too slow.

Here’s the route and some photo ideas:

We start at @krolestwo and head out through Plac Biskupi.

Going through sw Tomasza, Rynek – capture street, and architecture.

Walk through Planty – focus on autumn: leaves, trees, park perspectives, maybe a fall portrait. Before that, we can grab a cheap takeaway espresso from Vincenti.

Circle the Wawel Castle area – try to catch the dragon spitting fire - how tacky ?! You can go for a wide shot, a close-up, or do something completely different.

Head along Wiślane Bulwary towards Kazimierz – think landscapes and the Vistula River.

Pass through Plac Nowy for quick street food. Skip the zapiekanka (unless you want to double down on tacky) and go to The Dog for hot dogs — capture great food, atmosphere, and street art.

From there, continue to Szeroka, then back to Królestwo via Rynek. The route back is up to you

The route is very simple & basic don't expect wonder world unless you capture them!
