Our Village and The Weather
Village always special to me! Fresh air, known neighborhoods brings some kind of peace in mind. The villages of Bangladesh is green and you'll be amazed by its natural beauty.
Though each of my tour to village kinda similar but I found a very unique difference this April.
When I was kid I used to walk barefoot in the morning and I could still recall shining drop of dew on the grass till the end of February which could extend till first half of March but in the end of April ? No chance!
I found fog and dew in the summer! Surprising but not as we all aware about the global warming. It was in the books just a while ago but it is in the nature now. I do not really thought It'd this close.
This is Boishakh according to the Bengali calendar but the morning comes with cold in the village which is not good at all. During day the temperature more than 35° which is as cold as brining fog in the early morning!
The summer mix with winter here!
Like always I have tried to capture the season in my cell and sharing with you.
Everything seems normal except the heatwaves in the day and cold in the early morning. People getting sick due to this uneven weather.
Hope we all will be more generous to the environment as it gave us more than we actually deserve. It is high time to pay back by reducing carbon dioxide, by making the air clean, by making the water clean, by planting more trees, by reducing waste, by investing on clean energy.
Let's hope for better future for our future generations and we have to take the lead.
