Tour of the tourist area of Barranco - Lima / Recorrido por la zona turística de Barranco - Lima
It has been a long time since we went for a walk through the tourist areas of the gigantic city of Lima and one that always caught our attention is the district of Barranco, we had heard that it is a very bohemian and colorful area and in reality it was what we could perceive, we felt a lot of essence in the buildings of the colonial era that are still maintained in very good condition.
Bars and cafes abound, they offer a very warm atmosphere both indoors and outdoors, there are large spaces to rest, many public sculptures located in different areas that refresh the view. There was one element that we did not take with the best disposition and this was the heat, it is true that we are in summer but in that specific area it felt amplified and this is probably because we were walking but on several occasions it was unbearable and we had to stop to get some air and cool off but we did not let this spoil our walk.
Desde hace tiempo que no salíamos a dar un a paseo por las zonas turísticas de la gigantesca ciudad de Lima y una de las que siempre nos llamó la atención es la del Distrito de Barranco, habíamos escuchado que es una zona muy bohemia y con mucho colorido y en realidad fue lo que pudimos percibir, sentimos mucha esencia en las construcciones de la época colonial que se siguen manteniendo es muy buen estado.
Los bares y cafés abundan, ofrecen un ambiente muy cálido tanto en interiores como en exteriores, hay grandes espacios para descansar, muchas esculturas públicas ubicadas en distintas áreas que refrescan la vista. Hubo un elemento que no tomamos con la mejor disposición y este era el calor, es cierto que estamos en verano pero en esa zona en específico se sintió amplificado y esto probablemente es porque estábamos caminando pero en varias ocasiones fue insoportable y teníamos que detenernos a tomar aire y refrescarnos pero no dejamos que esto estropeara nuestro paseo.
When we checked the internet for references to Barranco and its iconic sites the first thing that came up was "The Bridge of Sighs", it is true that it is beautiful and gives off very good vibes but seeing it in person is not so impressive.
Cuando revisamos en internet referencias de Barranco y de sus sitios icónicos lo primero nos salía era "El puente de los suspiros", es cierto que es hermoso y desprende muy buenas vibras pero verlo en persona no es tan impresionante.
One of the things that caught our attention were the colorful murals that are scattered throughout the area, this is undoubtedly one of the great attractions of Barranco.
Una de las cosas que mas nos llamó atención fueron los coloridos murales que se encuentran dispersos por toda la zona, esto sin duda es una de las grandes atracciones de Barranco.
It was good to know the architecture of the place, which has the intention to be shown as from the colonial era despite being built in current times, this speaks of the good urban planning of this district.
Fue bueno conocer la arquitectura del lugar la cual tiene la intención de mostrarse como de la época colonial a pesar de ser construidas en épocas actuales, esto habla de la buena planificación urbana de este distrito.

Qué post tan genial y les comento que si no decían lo del calor en el escrito, lo tomaba por implícito, porque de pana se nota jajajajaja, pero fue un paseo muy bonito, las fotos quedaron estupendas en especial la 5ta, tiene mucho estilo 💖!!!
Los murales son imponentes y la playa provocaba meterse 😁... por cierto el pana del min 5:08 tiene flow de nuestra tierra jejeje no sé que dicen ustedes!!!

La verdad que el calor estaba terrible, y lo que mas se sentía era un vapor, en es parte de lima en invierno es muyyyyyyyy frio jajajaa.
Si hay bastantes lugares coloridos lo cual es perfecto para tomarles fotos!fue un paseo bien caluroso pero valió la pena.
