After a long time without participating in an initiative, today I enter into the activity generated by the friends of @rutablockchain, where we are invited to comment on the good and bad of Hive.

Después de mucho tiempo sin participar en una iniciativa, hoy me adentro en la actividad generada por los amigos de @rutablockchain, donde se nos invita a comentar lo bueno y lo malo de Hive.

If we understand the Hive process, we will know that there is nothing wrong with our hive, but things that we have to improve, these improvements will arise before the social need of humanity, as an example we have our own community; most of us here want pandemic, we know that our blockchain does not have the same objectives of that time with respect to what is currently wanted and this was generated before the different social needs.

Si comprendemos el proceso de Hive, sabremos que no hay nada malo en nuestra colmena, sino cosas que tenemos que mejorar, estas mejoras surgirán ante la necesidad social de la humanidad, como ejemplo, tenemos a nuestra propia comunidad; la mayoría de los que estamos aquí dese pandemia, sabemos que nuestra blockchain no tiene los mismos objetivos de esa época, con respecto a lo que se quiere actualmente y esto se generó ante las distintas necesidades sociales.

Hive es una tecnología que invita al ser humano al interactuar con ella, relacionarse y explorar nuevas posibilidades, es ahí donde se pudiera comentar sobre algún posible inconveniente, cuando crees que falta algo que te permita vincular más a Hive con tu realidad, lo cual no te permite terminar de procesar conectar con el ecosistema.

I remember in my early days of Hive I always tried to explore all my artistic knowledge through the different spaces of Hive, a process in which I learned a lot; however, I felt that there are people I know who can link, clusters, or communities, or a city. Seeing a futuristic scenario where the ecosystem not only stays in digital spaces, but also develops in real life, combining the crypto economy with the human social bond.

Me acuerdo en mis comienzos de Hive traté siempre de explorar todo mi conocimiento artístico por los diferentes espacios de Hive, proceso en el cual aprendí mucho; sin embargo, sentí que hay personas que conozco que pueden vincularse, agrupaciones, o comunidades, o una ciudad. Ver un panorama futurístico donde el ecosistema no solo se quede en los espacios digitales, sino que también se desarrolle en la vida real, combinando la economía cripto con el vínculo social humano.

It is there where I saw the possibility of linking my city and my workplace with the ecosystem, something negative I took it to a positive space, the creation of the @guarenasflow community was the first step, community with which I could evaluate many aspects necessary to understand what it is to run a community in Hive. The initial proposal was to evaluate the community practice through the arts, as I said before in the digital and real, let's say that I did very well, we managed to even have an office for a great time, So far our goal is to grow the community to continue with other developments, but the lack of a secure vote affects us a little. However, there is a lot of population living in Guarenas that may be interested in linking with Hive, many projects and ventures would be successful in hive, but that is little by little, there is no hurry before the sure thing,

Es ahí donde vi la posibilidad de vincular mi ciudad y mi lugar laboral con el ecosistema, algo negativo lo lleve a un espacio positivo, la creación de la comunidad de @guarenasflow fue el primer paso, comunidad con la cual pude evaluar muchos aspectos necesarios para comprender que es llevar una comunidad en Hive. La propuesta inicial era evaluar la práctica comunitaria a través de las artes, como dije anteriormente en el ámbito digital y real, digamos que me fue muy bien, logramos hasta tener una oficina por un gran tiempo. Hasta el momento nuestro objetivo es hacer crecer la comunidad para seguir con otros avances, pero la falta de un voto seguro nos afecta un poco. Sin embargo, hay mucha población que habita en Guarenas que le puede interesas vincularse con Hive, muchos proyectos y emprendimientos tendrían éxito en hive, pero eso es poco a poco, no hay apuro ante lo seguro.

So far the hive has given me breadth in all my social sphere, and more now that we walk with the link of my work city, which is Bella Artes, connecting as first link the Museo de Bellas Artes de Caracas @mba.ccs where we are teaching classes to artists who come to the library of the Museum. This activity has generated a rich interaction between artists that goes beyond economic interests, this is generating a muscular artistic force of very intelligent people, great readers, art connoisseurs and internationally recognized teachers, who can help to further enhance Hive.

Hasta el momento la colmena me ha dado amplitud en todo mi ámbito social, y más ahora que andamos con el vínculo de mi ciudad laboral, que es Bella Artes, conectando como primer vinculo el Museo de Bellas Artes de Caracas @mba.ccs donde estamos impartiendo clases a los artistas que se acerquen a la biblioteca del Museo. Esta actividad nos ha generado una rica interacción entre artistas que va más allá de los intereses económicos, esto está generando una fuerza artística muscular de personas muy inteligentes, grandes lectores, conocedores del arte y maestros reconocidos internacionalmente, que pueden ayudar a potenciar más a Hive.
