Looking for an office for Guarenas flow/En busca de una oficina para Guarenas flow[ENG/ESP]
Greetings friends of Hive today I come to comment on a very interesting experience that I had to live yesterday, as director of Guarenas Flow, I had to go to see a possible office for the Guarenas Flow project.
Saludos amigos de Hive hoy vengo a comentar de una experiencia muy interesante que me toco vivir en el día de ayer, como director de Guarenas Flow, me toco ir a ver una posible oficina para el proyecto de Guarenas Flow.
Although the lease has not yet been finalized, for me it is an honor to live this wonderful experience, I have always dreamed of this and the truth is that I think it is a great opportunity to be in the process of the materialization of this project.
A pesar de que aún no se ha concretado el alquiler, para mí es un honor vivir, esta maravillosa experiencia me toco vivir, siempre he soñado con esto y la verdad que me parece una gran oportunidad poder estar en proceso de la materialización de este proyecto.
I consider that this space is wonderful, totally wide and very functional for the development of all this project, the investor told me that the places where he has attended are very small, they were measures of 6x6 and 14x25, this surprised me a lot, I said to myself "really this gentleman is not stopping for money" I imagine that he wants to rent a space where he can make life Guarenas Flow and his company, so I assumed this perfect location, although I know it is not the only proposal.
Considero que este espacio es maravilloso, totalmente amplio y muy funcional para el desarrollo de todo este proyecto, el inversionista me comentó que los lugares a donde ha asistido son muy pequeños, eran medidas de 6x6 y 14x25, esto me sorprendió muchísimo, me dije a mi mismo "de verdad que este señor no se está parando por dinero" me imagino que desea alquilar un espacio donde pueda hacer vida Guarenas Flow y la empresa de él, por eso asumí esta locación perfecta, aunque sé que no es la única propuesta.
The whole location has the division of three offices, something that I think is great, in this one, there was the owner, which I was told was a doctor, I really liked the space a lot.
Toda la locación tiene la división de tres oficinas, algo que me parece genial, en esta, se encontraba la dueña, la cual me indicaron que era una doctora, de verdad que el espacio me agrado mucho.
Another wonderful detail I saw was the reception, something that gives a big plus, in addition to this there are also two bathrooms.
Otro detalle maravilloso que vi fue la recepción, algo que le da un gran plus, sumado a esto también hay dos baños.
The owner told me the rental prices, the whole apartment rents for $350 and the largest division rents for $180 alone. All this information I passed it to the investor to see if this space is linked to the imaginary that he has of office.
La dueña me comentó los precios de alquiler, todo el departamento completo lo alquila en 350$ y la división más grande la alquila en 180$ sola. Toda esta información se la pasé al inversionista para ver si este espacio se vincula con el imaginario que él tiene de oficina.
