Hello friends. Today, we are visiting the neighborhood market during our Wednesday walk. For shopping and a little sightseeing; We are in the teacher's house district market.

This is a closed market held every Wednesday. The fact that it is so close to my home makes this market indispensable for me. As summer came, the hours got longer. I can shop at this market after work. In winter, the market was usually dispersed after work. But today it is very lively and crowded.

Spring is almost over and summer is beginning. In fact, summer has started in Antalya. Summer fruits and vegetables have started to take their places on the market stalls. Every stall is filled with colorful fresh vegetables and fruits.

Tomato and cucumber prices have decreased slightly. Field tomatoes and cucumbers have started to grow. Greenhouse tomatoes are ending. I hope the prices will be more affordable when the field is released. The prices of zucchini, eggplant and greens are still very high. Green beans are out. But the price is too high. The most expensive product in the market is avocado. I love them very much, but they cost over 50 Turkish liras each. The second expensive product is red pepper.

The plums are very fresh and beautiful. 40 Turkish liras per kilo. It is now at an affordable price. Watermelon and melon are available on every stall. But prices are still high. Strawberries were very fresh🍓. There was plenty of greenery and it was beautiful.

And my favorite fruit of summer: cherry is out 😀 But it costs 100 Turkish liras per kilo. I bought half a kilo of eye weight for my daughter and myself. But they are very delicious. But it is enough to kill our souls.

Market prices are more affordable than winter months, but I think they are still expensive. We can afford less of everything, but there are many people who cannot afford it. My daughter loves corn. 5 corn 100 Turkish lira. Last year we were buying it for 50 Turkish liras. Prices have doubled.

Today we will make lentil meatballs. We bought lots of greens from the market. Parsley, mint, green onion, purslane. We bought some tomatoes, cucumbers, lemons, onions and potatoes. We bought a few types of fruits. We bought little but paid a lot. We bought more affordable and fresher vegetables and fruits than in the markets.

I hope food inflation decreases. Everyone has the chance to access food at cheaper prices. There is no hunger problem in the world. We wandered around and did some nice market shopping. We got what we needed. We are going to cook delicious meals at home. Thank you very much for reading.

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bugün Çarşamba yürüyüşün de semt pazarını geziyoruz. Alış veriş yapmak ve biraz da gezmek için; öğretmenevi semt pazarındayız.

Her çarşamba kurulan kapalı bir pazar burası. Evime çok yakın olması da bu pazarı benim için vazgeçilmez yapıyor. Yaz geldikçe saatler uzadı. İş çıkışı bu pazardan alış veriş yapabiliyorum. Kışın iş çıkışı genellikle pazar dağılmış oluyordu..Ama bugün çok canlı ve kalabalık.

Bahar bitmek üzere ve yaz başlıyor. Hatta Antalya da yaz başladı. Pazarda tezgahlarda da yaz meyve sebzeleri yerlerini almaya başlamış. Her tezgah rengarenk taze sebze ve meyveler ile dolmuş.

Domates ve salatalıkları fiyatları biraz düşmüş. Tarla domatesi ve salatalığı yetişmeye başlamış. Sera domatesi bitiyor. Tarla çıkınca umarım fiyatlar daha uygun olur. Kabak, patlıcan ve yesilliklerin fiyatları hala çok yüksek. Yeşil fasülye çıkmış. Ama fiyatı çok yüksek. Pazarda en pahalı ürün avakado. Çok severim ama tanesi 50 türk lirasını geçti. İkincisi pahalı ürün kırmızı biber.

Erikler çok taze ve güzel. Kilosu 40 türk lirası. Artık alınabilir bir fiyata düşmüş. Karpuz ve kavun her tezgahta var. Ama fiyatları hala yüksek. Çilekler çok tazeydi🍓. Yeşillikler boldu ve çok güzeldi.

Ve yazın en sevdiğim meyve: kiraz çıkmış 😀 Ama kilosu 100 türk lirası. Kızım ve kendim için göz hakkı yarım kilo aldım. Ama çok lezzetli drgiller. Ama nefsimizi öldürmeye yeterli.

Pazar fiyatları kış ayına göre daha uygun ama hala pahalı bence. Biz her şeyden az alabiliyoruz ama alamayan çok insan var. Kızım mısırı çok sever. 5 mısır 100 Türk lirası. Gecen sene 50 Türk lirasına alıyorduk. Fiyatlar iki kat artmış.

Bugün mercimek köftesi yapacağız. Pazardan bol yeşillik aldık. Maydonoz, nane, yeşil soğan, semiz otu..Biraz domates, salatalık, limon, soğan ve patates aldık. Bir kaç çeşit meyve aldık. Az az aldık ama çok çok ödedik. Marketlere göre daha uygun ve daha taze sebze ve meyve aldık.

Umarım gıda enflasyonu azalır. Herkes gıdaya daha ucuz fiyatlara ulaşma şansı bulur. Dünyada açlık sorunu olmaz. Biz gezerek güzel bir pazar alış verişi yaptık. İhtiyaçlarımızı aldık. Evde çok güzel yemekler yapmaya gidiyoruz. Okuduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederim.
