For those who like to deal with the soil, the place is not important to grow and produce things. They can plant in pots on the balcony of the house, on the roadside and at work like us. We planted and planted in the pots we found at work. It is very nice both to deal with the soil and to consume what we produce.

I think it is a privilege to be able to produce something and to consume the products we produce in this consumption environment. It is really pleasing to produce, to spend effort and to see the fruits of your efforts. We, a few friends at work, enjoy touching the soil, watering the plants, and plucking the grass.

Or the colorful blooming of the flowers we planted in the pots makes us happy. Talking to them, looking at them, you realize that every living thing in the universe is magnificent and unique.

We don't have many kinds of products in the garden. But they are enough for us. In our garden; pepper, parsley, green onion, mint, thyme and purslane. We use it for breakfast and for an appetizer salad 🥗 at noon. Thus, we eat fresh produce. We dried the extra mints last week. We produced our dried mint from our garden this winter. I wish we could produce more. If only we could consume less.

Spending an hour in the garden; It takes you away from all the stress of the day. Really touching the ground with your hand discharges the electricity accumulated in the body. For me, dealing with the earth is meditation. And a door to peace. Maybe it's a habit from my childhood. It's like a legacy from my mother to me. And a very valuable legacy.

In my opinion, the biggest problem in the world is insufficient food. And this problem is getting bigger every year. Millions of people do not have access to enough food. Children go to bed hungry. And unfortunately, tons of food is thrown away. The fields are not planted empty. Every food is sacred to him. And I think everyone who can produce should produce. Thank you very much for reading.
