Routines in the city, street photos./ Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]

Hello, friends of #blackandwhite.

While chatting with an image that happened to accompany me on one of my walks around the city recently, I got the idea to make a sketch-like map of the most interesting places to visit for photography. I thought it was a great idea, and it will be one of my short-term projects. In fact, I've already started planning it, and, as you can imagine, I've been finding scenes along the way, which I'm sharing with you.

I would like to be less dramatic in my images, that is, to take photos of more aesthetically pleasing places, but in reality I see beauty in those contrasts where time, people, animals, and history come into play.

It's quite an adventure because you're walking along, worried about being mugged, while at the same time looking for the image you want. It's super exciting.

There are quieter places, but I love that excitement. You literally find all kinds of surprises on the street.

Of course, cats, the stars of my photos.

What I truly enjoy is the process of taking pictures, walking, talking, listening to people; you learn a lot that way, and in the end, you get the photo.

Hola, amigos de #blackandwhite.

Conversando con una imagen recientemente que casualmente me acompañó en una de mis caminatas por la ciudad, me daba la idea de hacer un mapa tipo croquis con los lugares más interesantes a visitar para hacer fotografía. Genial me pareció la idea y será uno de mis proyectos a corto plazo. De hecho, ya comencé a planificarlo y, como es obvio, en el camino iba encontrando escenas, las que les comparto.

Quisiera no ser tan dramático en mis imágenes, o sea, que fueran fotos de lugares estéticamente más bonitos, pero en realidad la belleza la veo en esos contrastes donde actúan el tiempo, la gente, los animales y la historia.

Es toda una aventura porque vas caminando y preocupado por que no te asalten y a la vez buscando la imagen que quieres, superemocionante.

Hay lugares más tranquilos, pero me fascina esa emoción. Literalmente, te encuentras cualquier sorpresa en la calle.

Por supuesto, los gatos, protagonistas de mis fotos.

Lo que verdaderamente disfruto es el proceso de tomar las imágenes, caminar, conversar, escuchar a las personas; se aprende mucho así, y al final la foto.
