Greetings, friends of Hive. How's everything going?

"When you feel the need to say something, just say it, don't be afraid," are the exact words of my late grandfather, may he rest in peace. I always seem to hear him with his wise advice to guide me when expressing my point of view on a particular topic. As a child, I used to keep quiet and bury my opinion, and that's why I will always be very grateful for his advice, which I now apply through photography. It's the medium through which I say what I think, express myself freely, and am happy doing so. That's what it's all about: communicating, conveying, and, why not, entertaining as well. Today, my series follows that line: they are very conceptual photographs, each with a message that has a lot to do with me, my reality, and my way of interpreting it. I am very pleased to be able to share it with you, and as always, I look forward to your comments.

Saludos, amigos de Hive. ¿Cómo va todo?

Cuando sientas la necesidad de decir algo, solo dilo, no tengas temor», son palabras textuales de mi difunto abuelo, que en paz descanse. Siempre me parece escucharlo con su hábil consejo para guiarme a la hora de expresar mi punto de vista sobre un tema determinado. De niño solía callarme y enterrar mi opinión, y por eso siempre le estaré muy agradecido por sus consejos, que hoy aplico a través de la fotografía. Es el medio por el que digo lo que pienso, me expreso libremente y soy feliz haciéndolo. De eso se trata, de comunicar, de transmitir y, por qué no, también de entretener. Hoy, mi serie sigue esa línea: son fotografías muy conceptuales en las que todas tienen un mensaje que tiene mucho que ver conmigo, con mi realidad y con mi forma de interpretarla. Estoy muy complacido de poder compartirla con ustedes y, como siempre, espero sus comentarios.

No he querido hacer ningún comentario debajo de cada foto para dejarles hacer su propia interpretación, ya que eso es lo fascinante de la fotografía: que todos podemos tener una lectura diferente de una misma foto.

Eso es todo por hoy, queridos amigos. Solo me resta desearles un fin de semana lleno de éxitos.
