Come to Havana and walk with me. / Monomad Challenge [Eng/Esp]
Greetings, dear friends:
In Cuba there had been a television program called Havana, starring the historian of the Eusebio Leal, already deceased. It was a tour of the city and its historical places. It was my favorite program since childhood, I literally did not miss it. Then something came up with, what do you think if we do something similar? I invite you to travel Havana.
Saludos, amigos queridos:
The photos 📸 are my entry to the #monomad contest from @monochromes and @brumest.
The National Capitol is our starting point. Neoclassical building, built in 1929 and clearly inspired by its Washington counterpart, hosted the Cuban government until 1959. For me, it is more than an architectural symbol: from here my photographic safaris in Havana usually begins.
This tree does not go unnoticed. In addition to its size, it loads with a curious popular tradition: many link it to good luck and a promising future.
This corner is usually full of religious offerings, but today, by chance, I found it clear. It is those little details that sometimes give the best shots in street photography.
The exotic bird area always reserves surprises. This time, who received me was not a bird, but a curious cat, as if he were also part of the exhibition.
Fishing is more than a hobby here; It is a tradition that refuses to disappear. It doesn't matter the place: there is always someone with a cane in hand.
This man is a recurring encounter in my tours. With your hands, it transforms simple copper wires into animal figures. There is no doubt: he is a street artist in every sense of the word.
And here today's tour, all this is part of my usual photographic routine and the things I enjoy doing the most. I thank you for the time you have dedicated to visit me and I hope you liked it. See you soon friends.

Wow amigo. Esa primera foto me encantó.
