Weekend's Nature therapy

Hello Hive!

It was raining this weekend, the rain and spring has some awesome combination which was further enhanced with the company of good peers.

I woke up at the morning 🌄 feeling fresh and excited to have a weekend ahead. When i came out of the room, I found out that it is raining and rain in the beautiful season Spring act as a therapy to deminish all my workload and distresses. I enjoyed the weather for a while then did my household chores. At about 03:00pm the rain was stopped and the sun was shining on the sky at that instance I received call 📞 from my buddy Mr. Zia and after talking to him I found out that he want to go on a walk with me toward the farms. Here is Mr. Zia one of my best friends.

Getting accompanied by your bestie for a walk is not less than any blessings as Nature act as a therpay itself (which i had read somewhere and going to share at the end) but with your bestie you do catharsis and share all of your problems which makes you feel light and happy. We spent time in farms untill evening then came back home. I captured some moments which i will be posting along with the facts that nature is a therpay itself.

the benefits of spending time in natural environments are well documented. Research has shown that spending time in nature can reduce stress, improve mood, enhance cognitive function, and even boost the immune system.

One of the main reasons that nature is so therapeutic is because it provides a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Being surrounded by natural beauty can help people feel more relaxed and peaceful, which can reduce stress levels and improve overall well-being.

In addition, spending time in nature can also help people reconnect with their senses. Natural environments are rich in sensory stimulation, and experiencing the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of nature can help people become more aware of their surroundings and feel more grounded in the present moment.

Finally, nature therapy can also be a way to promote physical activity. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and swimming can provide a fun and engaging way to get exercise and improve physical health
