Visiting my elder brother's hobby garden after Friday prayers: mango buds (flowers) from mangoes, and the joy of the first guava.

We cannot do many things due to lack of time. Due to our busy schedule, we often cannot enjoy the small joys of the people around us. For quite some time, an elder brother in our area has been asking me to visit the hobby garden planted next to his house. But for various reasons, I did not have time.

Today is Friday, a holiday. I thought that today could be a good opportunity. My elder brother's house is right next to the mosque in our area. So while leaving the house for Friday prayers, I decided in my mind that today after prayers, I will meet my brother and return to see his garden.

I went to the mosque and offered Friday prayers peacefully. As soon as I came out after the prayers, I saw my elder brother standing there. After exchanging greetings, I said to him, "Grandpa, today there will be no more excuses, let's go straight to see your hobby garden." My brother was very happy to hear me. He smiled and took me to his backyard.

To be honest, as soon as I entered his backyard, I felt a different kind of peace. He had planted such beautiful fruit trees in such a small space, I would not have believed it if I had not seen it with my own eyes. As soon as I entered the backyard, the first thing that caught my eye was a mango tree. When I got closer, I saw that it was a 'Katiman' Genus (Mangifera) mango tree. A great feature of this variety is that it is perennial, meaning that this tree bears mangoes more or less all year round. I was surprised to see that several large, fresh mangoes were hanging on one branch of the tree, and new buds had sprouted on the branch right next to it! The experience of seeing ripe mangoes and new buds on the same tree together is truly extraordinary. This variety of tree is very good for getting mangoes at the wrong time.

As soon as I passed the Katiman tree, I saw another mango tree, my brother said it was a "Haribhanga" Genus (Mangifera) mango tree. Masha Allah, that tree also bore many mangoes. I noticed that my brother had wrapped some mangoes in a black net and covered them very nicely. It was nice to see his extra care to protect them from insects and birds. It was clear that he loved the trees like his own children.

Then my brother got a little excited and called me to a small guava tree. He happily told me that this tree had borne its first fruit. I counted and saw that the tree bore a total of 3 beautiful guavas. I could understand the special joy and excitement of seeing the first fruit on the tree that I had planted today just by looking at my brother’s face. The guavas were still unripe, but they looked quite fresh.

Apart from these, my brother had planted a kulam tree and a pomegranate tree in that small area of the yard, including various other trees. Each tree was quite healthy. As I looked around the entire garden, a different kind of peace was working in my mind.

It was truly a matter of luck to see such beautiful fruits coming from such a small area of trees.
I was very happy to see my brother's carefully manicured garden and his love for trees. Who among you has such a hobby garden at home? Tell me in the comments.

Haha, I totally agree with you,, It's so easy to get caught up in our busy schedules and make excuses, but we really shouldn't miss out on these precious moments with our loved ones. And yes, my brother treats those trees like his own kids, so they are definitely very happy, 😄 Thanks for dropping by❤️❤️
