My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2026

Hello Actiffiters! Hope you all are doing great.

Today was a day full of humidity, and I do not even want to discuss much about it. Other than air conditioning, every part of it was just sweat and nothing else.

However, I did manage to go for a walk, played football and went to the gym as well. So, I did great with my activity. But this is less fun and more worry. :)

Just today, we have crossed 40 Celsius once again. And damn, it felt like 50 Celsius. I really wish to be born somewhere colder in my next life. Iff there is any.

I have been to football games lately, but gym - especially in this weather - is scary. I don't know, how you are managing three activities. Lol, keep it up pal!
