Celebrating a certain event, money is always an issue. Of course, you'll spend money on preparation and food. While some just decided to skip the celebration because of it. In my opinion, it's reasonable but you know, if we are happy on that day like a longing for achievement and so forth; Especially when it's our birthday, nothing could make us happier than knowing that despite all we have reached that added year. That is why, it's not bad to celebrate it as long as you are aware of how much money you'll spend and then save.

Yes, I’m not rich so yeah, money is a problem to me as well. But it was not a burden to me as I was celebrating my birthday in advance. You see, tomorrow is my birthday but I thought celebrating it now at the weekend was a good choice. It would be funnier when there’s no class, my wife would be there and the children. Well, for most people here, they already know that children are always my companions when I go to the sea.

I know that money is an issue but it didn’t burden me to be happy. Well, a celebration is always about making someone who is celebrating to be happy. There might not be much food to offer but I made sure to make them happy. Their stomach might not be filled with delicious food but their thoughts will be filled with happiness. That’s what I was hoping for when I decided to celebrate it today, Sunday.

Yesterday evening, I told the teenagers to get sea urchins for tomorrow. I explained why so it would be easier for them to understand and also might follow my request easily. Of course, I also told them that it would be us to eat it anyway. I’d just buy fish tomorrow to add more food and also, liquor would not be absent. They agreed on it and I trusted them to do so, then for the children early in the morning. I asked them to help me in preparing the foods like cleaning and cooking; Yes, it’s still me who would watch over, all I just wanted was to have their company and maybe for discipline as well.

So yeah, it was finished. It was that simple celebration but it's an unforgettable memory of one of my birthday celebrations. We went to the beach where to celebrate, so while eating we could enjoy the sea feeling. Usually, it was at home and then drinking liquor until we got drunk. However, this time was completely different but the feeling was special. Seeing the happy people who joined the celebration and I was happy enjoying being in a beautiful view. Yes, I could tell that I’m SATISFIED with it.

I don’t know but I feel happy just by that. Maybe I’m that old already because even not being drunk and not spending more money to show people it’s my birthday today, I’m content with it. I’m thankful for them because it made my day of celebration wonderful.
