Today, I want to share some shots of a tradition that, to be honest, I’m not sure if it's practiced everywhere or if it's a must in all weddings. But luckily for me, it is here!

Hoy quiero presentarles unas tomas de una tradición que no sé si se practique en todos lados o si tradicionalmente la hacen en todas las bodas, ¡pero para mi fortuna aquí sí lo hacen!

Y digo "para mi fortuna" no precisamente porque me quiera casar, sino porque realmente es un momento que nos da la oportunidad de hacer fotos bastante fuera de lo normal. ¡Les hablo de la tradición del liguero!

Legend has it that the groom must remove the garter from the bride and then toss it to the single men in attendance. The one who catches it is said to be the next to get married.

Cuenta la leyenda que el recién casado debe retirarle el liguero a la recién casada con la intención de lanzarlo al público masculino, y quien lo atrape será el próximo en casarse.
