Meconema thalassinum (Oxyprora flavicornis) photography

Meconema thalassinum is a well known insect in our area. It can be observed almost in crop fields. It is known as Grasshopper in our vernacular. However, this insect is sometimes found inside the house as well. The light of the current comes up in the room. Especially those who have houses near crop fields. All these insects can be observed around their house. I mostly notice them in paddy crop fields along with green grass leaves. They are dark green in appearance and have very large legs. Jumping from one place to another. Seeing its jumps, it can be understood that it can run very fast.
