thank you 🙏🏽 i‘d invite you if you were around the corner at asparagus season. It’s got a very special taste, could be a bit bitter, but i cook them wrapped in paper with butter, salt and brown sugar in the oven, best way without loosing anything of it‘s parts and taste.

Oh, it could be a bit bitter? With your method of cooking it, does it still have a bitter taste?

it „could“ be, depends on the asparagus and yes my wqy of cooking them helps getting rid of it.
