Walking towards health and wellness [ENG/ESP]

Hello my dear Hivers, and friends of the community @liketu, pleasure to greet you, I hope you are all well and are enjoying good health, to continue enjoying and working with great care and dedication in this beautiful platform.

I want to tell you that about twenty days ago, I went to the doctor because I felt a little tired and with a lot of insomnia and it turns out that he found me a little chubby, with a few extra kilos (21 kgr) above my normal weight. He checked me, took my blood pressure, weight and height, showing a weight of 77 kg, which should not be, because I am putting my health at risk.

This scared me a lot, it is a very high weight for my height; and I decided to start walking and exercising.

The doctor recommended a diet low in carbohydrates and sugars, because it is not only by exercising and walking that you lose weight, but also by doing our part in eating and combining food.

That same day I started walking and exercising alone around the neighborhood where I live and I do it from Monday to Saturday from 5:30 to 6 pm, when the sun has gone down a little.

Then I told some neighbors what happened and that I was walking and doing exercises, because they also go out every afternoon for the same purpose, sometimes I join them or we meet in the park where we do the exercises, we share and we return home together.

Hola mis queridos Hivers, y amigos de la comunidad @liketu, gusto en saludarlos, espero que todos se encuentren bien y que estén gozando de mucha salud, para seguir disfrutando y trabajando con gran esmero y dedicación en esta hermosa plataforma.

Quiero comentarles que hace aproximadamente veinte días, fui al médico porque me sentía algo cansada y con mucho insomnio y resulta ser que me encontró un poco gordita, con unos kilitos demás (21 kgr ) por encima de mi peso normal. Me revisó, me tomaron la tensión, peso y talla, arrojando un peso 77 kg , cosa que no debe ser, porque estoy poniendo en riesgo mi salud.

Esto me asustó muchísimo, es un peso bastante alto para mi estatura; y decidí ponerme a caminar y hacer ejercicios.

El médico me recomendó una dieta baja en carbohidratos y azúcares, porque no solo se rebaja haciendo ejercicios y caminando, sino también poniendo de nuestra parte al momento de ingerir y combinar los alimentos.

Ese mismo día inicié las caminatas y ejercicios sola por los alrededores de la urbanización donde vivo y lo hago de lunes a sábado de 5:30 a 6 pm, cuando ya el sol ha bajado un poco.

Luego le comenté a unas vecinas lo sucedido y que estaba caminando y haciendo ejercicios, porque ellas también salen todas las tardes con este mismo fin, algunas veces me uno a ellas o nos conseguimos en el parque donde hacemos los ejercicios, compartimos y nos regresamos juntas a la casa.
