The theme for this tribute has to do with Vikings, which is quite interesting because of the fearsome and violent way they are represented in each battle. That's why I came up with the idea of modifying Dan's photo and placing him in an intimidating Viking using Photoshop and free images that I will be placing at the end of this post, with the exception of the Ragnarok game logo and the Eddie photo for which I request permission.

The first thing I did was take Dan's photo and separate the face to be able to place it in the image of a viking I found in Pixabay that seemed ideal for this project. Then I tried to match the color of the skin and some details in the hair and beard, in addition to the orientation of the face. This warrior's shoulder is strong so a tattoo would not hurt, I'm sure the best tattoo would be the Hive logo.

La temática para este homenaje tiene que ver con Vikingos, lo cual es bastante interesante por lo temible y violentos que son representados en cada batalla. Es por esto que se me ocurrió modificar la foto de Dan y colocarlo en un vikingo de porte intimidante utilizando Photoshop e imágenes libres de derecho de autor que estaré colocando sus fuentes al final de este post, a excepción del logo del juego Ragnarok y la foto de Eddie para las cuales solicito permiso.

Lo primero que hice fue tomar la foto de Dan y separar el rostro para poder ubicarlo en la imagen de un vikingo que encontré en Pixabay que me pareció ideal para este proyecto. Seguido intenté igualar el color de la piel y algunos detalles en el cabello y la barba, además de la orientación de la cara. El hombro de este guerrero es fuerte así que un tatuaje no le vendría mal, estoy seguro que el mejor tatto sería el logo de Hive.

With some editing, I removed Eddie's face from the original image and placed it on a photo of a Viking warrior. Don't ask me how he has such modern glasses if they shouldn't exist at that time, but Eddie takes us a few steps into the future.

Por mucho tiempo ha existido una buena alianza y buen trabajo entre Aliento y TheycallmeDan, por cual se me ocurrió también colocar dentro del lienzo el compañero fiel Eddiespino, pero en su versión vikinga. No tuve que buscar mucho en Pixabay y tampoco en el Blog para encontrar las imágenes que me servirían. Con algo de edición, aparté el rostro de la imagen original de Eddie y la coloqué en una foto de un guerrero vikingo. No me pregunten cómo es que tiene lentes tan modernos si en esa época no deberían existir, pero es que Eddie nos lleva unos pasos adelantados en el futuro.

Now that these two characters were ready, all that was left was the background. For this I decided to use an image of a ruined building. Maybe these warriors were hiding in this place waiting for the enemy or the threat, I don't know, but I'm sure the threat would be defeated.

Ya listos estos dos personajes, solo faltaba el fondo. Para esto decidí usar una imagen de un edificio en ruinas. Tal vez estos guerreros se ocultaban en este lugar esperando al enemigo o la amenaza, no lo sé, pero estoy seguro que la amenaza sería abatida.

To finish, I placed the logo of Ragnarok game, a project in development that promises, and an anonymous warrior ready for any eventuality. I thought about including myself as a Viking version too, in fact I have my profile photo on Discord as a Viking that my compa Gr33n gave me, but I think the image would be overloaded so I'll leave it for another time.
