Hi all my friends, today I will post a photo of mango fruit.

Mangoes are a tropical fruit native to South Asia, particularly India, and are now widely cultivated in various tropical and subtropical countries, including Indonesia. Here's some interesting information about mangoes for all of you Hive friends.

Characteristics of Mangoes:

Shape: Generally oval or oblong, but can vary depending on the variety.

Skin: Green, yellow, orange, or a combination of the three when ripe.

Flesh: Yellow to orange, soft in texture, and sweet or sweet-sour in taste.

Seed: Large and flat in the center of the fruit.

The Benefits of Mangoes:

1. Rich in vitamins – especially vitamins C, A, and E.

2. Contains antioxidants – such as beta-carotene and polyphenols.

3. Good for digestion – Contains enzymes and fiber.

4. Supports skin and eye health.

5. Boosts immunity.
