Hello Friends ⚡️


Sometimes, not to say that most of the time, taking a breath of fresh air while walking helps you to improve your mood and recharge your energy from the bad times that may have happened in the previous hours or days. Even though you are surrounded by strangers and strangers to your environment, you avoid concentrating on it and just live the moment where you become one with your thoughts and reflect.

I often take advantage of field work for that, to take a few brief minutes for myself, to have a small internal debate and come to the reflection or simply drain all that made me feel depressed at times. And as I say, they are quick moments, where you can turn around, think 4 things and then come back to reality feeling a little less heavy. And it's good that, I always like to experience those sensations and smile again, that's why I keep those moments in a photograph. ✌🏻
