The contact with nature is an extremely necessary activity for the human body, as it is the precise moment where your mind, your soul and your body become one with the environment that surrounds you, just to feel how the feeling of calm and tranquility begins to be part of you, where your auditory system does not realize any external sound other than the singing of nature calling at the door and simply being itself. Very few times I have the pleasure of living these moments, since having the hustle and bustle of life in the city, these occasions are usually present in a very low measure, honestly, so when I have these opportunities like this, I always try to make the most of them.
Right now I am in Monagas State, in a small town called Sabana de Pieda, where the cold and the birds singing are present most of the day, which is extremely relaxing and helps you escape from the daily routine in the city, the noise of the vehicles and the daily shouts of pedestrians. Yesterday, it was very cold, so I decided to accompany my moment outside the house with a hot cup of coffee, but not the kind of coffee that you are used to buy in coffee shops, but that coffee with a homemade taste, the one you know that was prepared at home without any kind of coffee and that has one of the purest sensations of coffee while enjoying a little bit of the view.
You know that moment in fantasy and science fiction movies when the protagonist reaches a pure state and everything lights up, well that's what happened to me when I was drinking my coffee and appreciating the natural calm of the day and all its surroundings hahahaha, but as I said, it is something impressive as all your problems, worries, anxieties and others, disappear when you make this magnificent combination, and you just feel you with your head clear of everything.
I have always believed that coffee is that drink that purifies the soul and restarts your days, but here, I have felt that it restarts my whole life, and helps me to clarify my thoughts, that is, to know what I have to do, to think better, it helps me to concentrate more, it makes me another me, and that is why I tell you that I like to appreciate and take advantage of these moments where I can enjoy the sweet taste of a home coffee.
