My entry to today's Monomad Challenge, another rainy day 2

Dammit the rain is really being a damn bitch to the city, I mean, it's always good when it rains but it really doesn't stop raining all week, every day, and I should definitely continue with my strategy of taking as many pictures as possible every chance I get to walk outside, which are small moments because of the rain.

And continuing with some of the pictures of the last walk I remembered that these bricks placed over one of the puddles of water caught my attention, maybe it's something simple but seriously I can't get the image out of my mind, am I wrong?

By the way the weather forecast for the city is like this, apparently the whole month of July will be full of rain, quite dangerous.

As usual some ducks got in the way and even though I don't want to take pictures of them anymore I can't resist, this duck was in the company of only two small ducks, I guess the others died or didn't even manage to get out of their egg, it was quite difficult to take the picture because they kept moving and my camera didn't put them in focus, so I took control and did it manually, it wasn't the best but it was done.

Some trees, as strange as it may seem, I feel that they generate a somewhat emotional connection in me, I don't know why but there are some of them that it is almost mandatory for me to visit them every time I pass by, this is one of them, and I have always liked the shape of their arms.

Ground squirrels, quite difficult to approach.

And finally a sign over the park, quite tilted, I thought about fixing it somehow but in the end I felt that would be part of what I normally don't like to do, like adding or removing things, I feel that is really altering the image compared to editing colors where you just want to improve visually without fooling anyone, see you later.
