My entry to today's Monomad Challenge, another rainy day.
The weather is becoming quite dangerous for many countries in the world, without looking too far inside my country Mexico there are quite a few disasters related to excessive rainfall, although to be honest, the truth is that rain was also needed to help recover the aquifer systems and end the droughts in the coming years.
For my part I am suffering due to the fact that just now that I decide to go back to making post more often and go out to do some photography, I can't go out, so when I can go out I need to take advantage and take as many pictures to share, and even though I still have a couple of pictures left from last week's walk, today I had the opportunity to go out again to the park, so here are a few images for you to see my day.
There were several pictures that I liked quite a lot, especially thinking about the presets I have saved in Darktable or should I say styles that I have been creating from scratch now that I have immersed myself more in the software that at some point I despised, but now I understand much better and recommend for anyone who is tired of paying a monthly Adobe subscription, this was the first image and one of the ones I liked the most, sadly due to the weather I only took one lens and since they were quite far from where I was taking the picture, this is the best framing I could come up with.
By the way when I started editing the photos I decided I wanted to listen to music and started with the following song, hence the playlist generated by YouTube seemed appropriate and I think it was very stimulating for the processing of my RAW files.
And because of all the rain the mushrooms have sprouted everywhere, allowing for some interesting photographs, although in this case and being honest because of their hallucinogenic nature in some of them, they lack color with shades ranging from purple to orange, I guess you get my idea.
One more sample, the truth is that I avoided taking pictures of ducks as much as possible since they are almost always what I use when I go photo hunting.
Something I was able to find that you may not know about, the snail eggs of some kind of snail.
One more mushroom that I found quite interesting and of which I took two photographs.
Finally for this post I decided to use this strange graffiti-like composition on the back of one of the new park benches, strange but I also liked it, I will gradually edit all the pictures, today I took more than 100 with the idea of choosing the ones I think are best to share, see you in the next post.
