Fried Rice With Extra Vegetables 🍚🌾

Hello everyone! I hope all is well. Crazy how it's December already which means it's nearly time for Christmas! I'm very excited 🤩 My holidays have been nice so far, I've been going out a lot with friends. I started cooking/baking again as well because it's one of my hobbies.

This photo was a fried rice bowl I made, but with extra vegetables in. Because I love them. Vegetables included are like corn, carrots, peas, tomatoes... I also incorporated peanuts as these are healthy too. It was also a surprisingly nice combo. Always important to stay healthy and eat your daily vegetables 🙃

Yep, Christmas is almost here, so much still to do to get ready :O

I feel like you have really created some super healthy eating habits for yourself! Veggies and fruits every day are going to keep you healthy and I don't think most people think enough about what they are eating.

Not only is the food you share here healthy but the presentation is awesome! I have read that we should eat multi colors, and just look at your meal today; it certainly checks that box! :)

Here's something less healthy but fun to eat occasionally, and its virtual so no fat or calories!
