Egret Near Reservoir

Hello friends, how are you today, hopefully we are all still in good health and can participate in activities smoothly.

On Tuesday 28 November 2023, I want to show again some interesting pictures that I have prepared of one type of bird in a reservoir. The bird I mean is a white egret with a very attractive appearance. In the Lhokseumawe City area there is a reservoir and there are quite a lot of egrets like this, next to the reservoir there are also several large trees so that these trees are where the egrets sleep at night. I went here during the day and saw several egrets in the reservoir and some were in cages belonging to the people there.

The egret is a type of bird that has a fairly bright color, namely white. The feathers that look quite clean on this bird make them even more beautiful. The size of the egret is one type of bird that is quite large and long. In the legs, this bird has long legs and then in the neck it also has a long neck and in the beak the mouth is also long and it can prey on wild fish or fleas according to their tastes. When I was little, there were lots of birds like this in the villages where we lived, always looking for wild fish in the rice fields and we also saw a lot of them in areas where there were lots of buffalo or cows, because this bird likes to look for fleas. found in buffalo and cows.

We can see and pay close attention to several egrets that are close to the cages belonging to the people there. Maybe some of the egrets that I photographed were a little far away so the birds weren't clearly visible and the color was also white. These birds landed in fish cages belonging to the community because there are lots of fish there that these animals can prey on with their beaks. the long one. So the nature of this animal is a pest for agricultural communities and also fishing communities.
